CHILD CUSTODY, VISITATION AND SUPPORT: Issues relating to children are sensitive and complex and need to be treated with the utmost care by all parties. Our office has dealt with all aspects of parental alienation, relocation to other states, custody issues, visitation and awards of child support.
DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY: Extensive experience in commercial litigation and interception of transactions designed to conceal assets, allows us to trace and uncover where funds are located, accurately obtain the valuation of businesses and market value of real property, resulting in fair and informed settlement negotiations designed to avoid costly litigation before a judge.
ENFORCEMENT: Our firm has broad knowledge of the family law courts, and we handle all facets of enforcement proceedings including collections of unpaid alimony and child support, withholding of child visitation rights, garnishment of wages, suspension of driver's license, and appellate practice. Our experience with bankruptcy courts has resulted in the knowledge of the complex verbiage required to protect our clients if one of the parents files for bankruptcy.
